Whole of School Support
 
Curriculum Organiser provides support to schools wishing to manage their curriculum on a whole of school basis. 
 
There are three types of document sets: 
  • 'Prepared document set' - comprising the examples of curriculum plans prepared by ERS teachers 

 

  • 'Personal document set' - documents adapted or imported by teachers. Teachers can devise their own structures for organisation of personal documents.

 

  • 'Central document set'  -  comprises all documents to be shared by teachers. It is for whole of school planning and organisation.  This document set includes school policy documents and documents shared by all teachers. The structure of the contents tree is determined by the school.
 
Documents can be be exported and imported at the click of button between the two document sets. Documents imported into the personal document from the central document set are automatically located in the file structure created in the central document set.
 
There are simple processes for someone to manage the central document set on behalf of all teachers. 
 
The collaborative curriculum planning this promotes will result in a significant reduction in teacher workload. 
 
The central document set will also be an electronic record of each years curriculum in all year levels and learning areas.  This can be archived annually.
