Word: How do I add a new page or allow text to roll over to the next page?
With Curriculum Organiser 2007, Word documents will automatically roll over to the next page as you enter your text. If you currently have Curriculum Organiser 3.x or earlier, there are two options:

1) To add a new page (without text rolling over from one page to the next), you may click in the bottom right-hand cell of the table, on the last page of the document, and press the Tab key.

Note: Option 1 is the simpler method.

2) If you need to allow text to roll from one page to the next, click in any cell in the bottom row of a table (on the page you would like to roll over to the next). Then, from Word's menubar, select Table / Table Properties, click the Row tab, tick the 'Allow row to break across pages' option and click OK. To also display the header row at the top of your new page, click any cell in the top row (header) of the original page, and on the menubar, select Table / Table Properties, click the Row tab, tick the 'Repeat as header row at the top of each page' and click OK.

Note: If you currently have Curriculum Organiser 3.x or earlier, this second option really only works effectively on the last page of a document, because documents are made up of separate tables. If you do it on any page other than the last page, the separate tables remain disjointed (ie usually on separate pages). To fix this problem, text has to be copied and pasted manually from the second table into the first, and then the second table deleted. This problem does not apply to Curriculum Organiser 2007.
