Why are Curriculum Organiser planning documents A3 size?
Most Curriculum Organiser planning documents are A3 size documents. A3 size allows us to add more information than if they were A4.
When printing, these documents can be scaled fit an A4 page. To scale from A3 to A4:
1) In Curriculum Organiser, open the A3 document into Microsoft Word.
2) In Microsoft Word, from the menubar select File / Print.
3) Set the 'Scale to Paper Size' option to A4 (it is located in the bottom right-hand corner).
4) Click OK (and the document will print at A4 size). |
